I’m not able to take any clients that do not complete their forms the consultation & liability waver that is my policy: As a business owner this is to protect not only myself but also you as my client as I ask health questions in your forms such as having any allergies or being pregnant etc. which is essential for me to know prior to tanning anyone. Each client has to book their own appointment because this booking site is not set up for someone to book for another person & will create issues booking on both our ends to fix. Cards are kept on file mainly for no shows & late cancellations but we can use the card on file for payment after service, I also accept tap to pay with a card & Venmo. I do have a cancellation policy, I totally understand that life happens & things come up but everyone’s time is valuable. The policy is that if there if less than 24 hour notice for a cancellation or if a client no shows their appointment (no contact with me after 15 minutes into the appointment time ) the card kept on file will be charged a late cancellation fee that is 50% of the selected service price. Please try to give me 24 hour notice as well to reschedule, however if there is less notice than this to reschedule an appointment but either the client doesn’t rebook themselves or doesn’t respond back for me to be able to reschedule them to another time that is more convenient I do consider that a late cancel as well if it is within less than 24 hours before the appointment time. Any other rescheduling with more than 24 hr notice I’m more than happy to be as flexible & accommodating as possible for clients to book & reschedule. I cannot spray tan over any sunburns or open cuts etc. so just make sure to be cautious when doing activities outside or laying out during the hotter months the waiting period where your skin is fully healed after a sunburn is 2weeks. If a client arrives with a burn I would need to cancel their appointment for that day & may charge a late cancellation fee, I promise you a spray tan doesn’t look good during or after peeling with a spray tan & neither of us would be happy with the results so rescheduling is the best option. I have a 15 minute grace period for running late if I’m contacted but I just need confirmation that you can arrive within those first 15 minutes of your appointment time, after 15 minutes into the appointment time we would need to reschedule so that it’s not interfering with other clients scheduled appointments afterwards. I am happy to consider if a touch up is needed within one day of the initial spray tan if I am reached out to with any concerns & photos are sent, however I do not offer refunds.
